Report on Financial Policies and Legislation for Small Pelagics Value Chain in Sao Tome and Principe

Document Abstract

This report, part of the FISH4ACP program, analyzes financial policies and legislation in Sao Tome and Principe that either support or constrain financial service provision to the small pelagics value chain. It covers the New National Fisheries Policy, Central Bank law, Microfinance Law, and other economic development policies, aiming to identify opportunities for sustainable fisheries and aquaculture development.
