This final report, prepared under the FISH4ACP initiative, analyzes the financial policies, legal, and regulatory frameworks affecting the shrimp value chain in Cameroon. It examines factors enabling and constraining financial service provision, including banking, microfinance, and insurance sectors, and provides conclusions and recommendations.
