Document Abstract

This document outlines a detailed methodology for reviewing financial policies and legal/regulatory frameworks to identify factors affecting financial service provision to seafood value chain stakeholders under the FISH4ACP project. Designed to guide AFRACA national experts, it provides a framework for assessing enabling and constraining factors, data collection, and reporting, with the aim of informing a value chain finance strategy paper.
