Two reports examine the performance of AFRACA member institutions and the regulatory environments influencing rural and agricultural finance across Africa. The first report presents baseline findings from an impact measurement and monitoring study regarding member financial characteristics, rural lending outreach, and institutional governance. The second report evaluates eleven central bank policy levers to determine how regulatory frameworks facilitate or constrain agricultural financing flows. Both studies provide targeted recommendations for AFRACA, member institutions, governments, and central banks to strengthen impact reporting and expand agricultural credit delivery.
