This letter expresses gratitude for participation in the 23rd AFRACA General Assembly and 8th World Congress on Rural and Agricultural Finance held in Mombasa, Kenya, in October 2025. It highlights the endorsement of the AFRACA Strategic Plan 2026-2030 and the adoption of the Mombasa Declaration, which provides strategic recommendations for strengthening rural and agricultural finance globally. The congress theme was 'Building Resilient Local Food Systems: The Role of Robust Financing Mechanisms and Policy'.
