This summary report, developed under AFRACA’s Impact Measurement and Monitoring Task Force (AITF), investigates how central bank policies enable or inhibit rural and agricultural finance (RAF) across AFRACA member countries. It utilizes mixed methods, including surveys from 2023 & 2024, and analyzes 11 policy variables to build evidence for advocacy and improve financing flows to agriculture and rural economies.
