This tentative work plan outlines the methodology for implementing a stakeholder analysis of financial and insurance service providers for fisheries and aquaculture value chains in nine African countries under the Fish4ACP program. It details activities for a financial sector assessment, including documentary studies, stakeholder engagements, and market demand data collection, with a focus on Cameroon.
