This report details a workshop on small-scale fisheries and finance held in Kilifi, Kenya, in August 2021, co-organized by AFRACA. It presents findings from a baseline assessment of credit and microfinance services for fisherfolks in Kilifi, Mombasa, and Kwale, alongside case studies from financial service providers. The report summarizes discussions, key outcomes, and provides recommendations for improving financial access and capacity building in the sector.
