This document proposes the development of a common framework of financial and non-financial indicators to measure the impact of lending across agricultural value chains by AFRACA member institutions in Africa. It highlights the need for a standard framework to evaluate the true impact of financial institutions in the agricultural sector, focusing on poverty reduction and improved livelihoods.
