Document Abstract

This report, developed for the FISH4ACP project in partnership with AFRACA, assesses financial policies and legal frameworks impacting financial service provision in Nigeria's catfish aquaculture value chain. It examines the roles of the Central Bank of Nigeria, development finance institutions, and agricultural policy initiatives.
