Document Abstract

This draft report, an AFRACA deliverable for the FISH4ACP project, assesses financial policies and legal/regulatory frameworks in Zimbabwe. It identifies factors enabling or constraining financial service provision to the Nile Tilapia aquaculture value chain, examining the financial regulatory system, microfinance sector supervision, and barriers/enablers of financial inclusion for smallholder aquaculture producers.
