This report analyzes the financial policies, legal, and regulatory frameworks, as well as the favorable and unfavorable factors influencing access to finance for actors in the tilapia aquaculture value chain in Côte d'Ivoire. It covers national policies on aquaculture, finance, and insurance, concluding with challenges and recommendations to improve financial inclusion in the sector.
