This report details a visit by an AFRACA/KUSCO team to Mali from February 17-20, 2021, to assess the needs of the cooperative movement and assist in developing the financial cooperative sector. It includes meetings with Malian officials and discussions with rice farmers' women groups on credit access and financial services.
