Victor joined the African Rural & Agricultural Credit Association (AFRACA) in April 2026 and is the primary developer behind the Secretariat's current digital platform. He led the design and build of the AFRACA website, the Knowledge Management Portal, and the Partner Portal, which share a common technical foundation and went live in 2026. For the South West Indian Ocean Fisheries Commission (SWIOFC) project, he built a digital marketplace that connects small-scale fisheries actors with buyers and services.

Alongside platform development, Victor supports AFRACA events and produces reports from field missions. He helps administer the organisation's internal systems and staff IT infrastructure. He also contributes design and visual content work that keeps AFRACA's platforms accessible and on brand.
