Mr. Kabamba holds an Engineering degree in Agricultural Economics (BAC+5) from the Official University of Mbujimayi. As Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Secretary General of AFRACA, he oversees the Association's administrative and organizational management, coordinates strategic files, and supervises institutional communications in support of its continental mission.

Trilingual in French, English, and Tshiluba, he is committed to advancing innovative solutions in agricultural finance, rural community empowerment, and sustainable socio-economic development across Africa.
