Lawrence Kutsienyo is a Ghanaian economist serving as Chief Manager in the Governors Department of the Bank of Ghana. He works in the External Financial Relations Office, where he coordinates economic policy, research, banking sector analysis, and international development banking cooperation.

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics, and a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Recipient of the Japanese Government (JDS) scholarship for advanced economic policy research in Japan.
