Marie-Goreth Ndayishimiye is a Burundian lawyer and central bank official serving as the Second Deputy Governor of the Bank of the Republic of Burundi (BRB) since September 2022. She actively leads green finance policy implementation and the integration of environmental risk management frameworks at the central bank level.

Holds a Law degree (Licence en Droit) from the University of Ngozi. She possesses over 10 years of experience in the Burundian judiciary, including serving as President of the High Court (Tribunal de Grande Instance) of Kayanza Province.
